Aapla Tender ("we", "our", "us") operates the Aapla Tender mobile
application and website (the "Service"), which helps users discover and
subscribe to government tender listings relevant to their selected
district(s) and taluka(s) in Maharashtra. This Privacy Policy explains
what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding
that information.
Information We Collect
When you use the Service, we may collect:

Mobile Number — used to create your account and log you
in via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your number.

Name and Email Address (optional) — if you choose to
provide them in your profile.

Business Details (optional) — company name, GST number,
PAN number, if you choose to add them.

Subscription Preferences — the district(s) and
taluka(s) you subscribe to, used to show you relevant tenders.

Payment Information — when you pay for a subscription,
payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store
your card, UPI, or bank account details ourselves — we only receive
confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Usage Information — such as which tenders you view or
bookmark, to improve the Service.

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, which may process some of your
information on our behalf:
- Razorpay — for processing subscription payments.

Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — for delivering
login OTPs via WhatsApp.

Tender details link out to official government portals (e.g.
mahatenders.gov.in) — please review those portals' own privacy practices
when you visit them.
These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they
handle information; we encourage you to review them.
Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable measures
to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or
disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active,
or as needed to provide you the Service, comply with our legal
obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of
your personal information, subject to applicable law.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business/professional use by adults and is not
directed at children under 18.
