Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Aapla Tender mobile application operated by Aapla Tender. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Aapla Tender aggregates government tender listings from public sources (such as mahatenders.gov.in) and lets subscribed users browse tenders relevant to their chosen district(s) and taluka(s) in Maharashtra.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register using a valid mobile number and verify it via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Access to tender listings requires an active paid subscription for one or more district(s)/taluka(s), OR a subscription added manually by our team.
• Subscription pricing is shown in the app before payment and may change from time to time.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card/UPI/bank details.
• Subscriptions are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase (currently 1 year) and do not auto-renew unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law

5. Accuracy of Tender Information

Tender details displayed in the Service are sourced from public government tender portals. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Always verify tender details, deadlines, and requirements directly on the official government portal before taking any action or making any submission. Aapla Tender is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information shown in the app.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aapla Tender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any losses related to missed tender deadlines or submissions.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
